1. Real funds. Trading uses the real money in your own Hyperliquid account. You can lose some or all of it.
2. Your wallet, your funds. Your funds stay in your own wallet. You approve a trading key that can place and manage trades only; it can never withdraw or transfer your funds. You can revoke it at any time.
3. No promises. Past or backtested results don't predict future results. Strategies can and do lose money, including real money. Nothing here is financial advice.
4. Experimental software. The service may pause, change or stop at any time, including through its kill switch, and may contain errors.
5. Your choices. You choose the strategy, risk mode and trading cap, and you can pause or leave whenever you like.
6. Data we keep. Your wallet address, your settings, your trades on Hyperliquid, your deposits and withdrawals, and (if you link it) your Telegram ID. Nothing else.
7. Fees. 30% of new closed-trade profit above your previous high point, taken from your prepaid USDT fee credit. Affiliates are paid only from fees actually collected.
8. Invite-only. Access needs an invite code and can be withdrawn.
